Support for People with Disabilities: Unable to walk due to a chronic health condition, Noel is well aware of the many challenges disabled individuals face in our society. He exemplifies the strength, courage and dignity shown every day by the disabled and has supported several forward-thinking organizations that help the needs of disabled people such as Seg4Vets. Noel is especially motivated to combine his passion for music and sports with his unique understanding and empathy for the disabled to benefit disabled musicians and athletes.

Encouraging Young People to Pursue STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math): As a musician and engineer, Noel believes that music, technology and art have the power to change young people’s lives and provide untold opportunities for personal growth. He encourages young people to explore and nurture their interests in all the STEM fields and to pursue them with vigor.

Monster Partner Initiatives: Monster believes in supporting the charitable endeavors of all its partners, including retailers, musicians and athletes. The company regularly participates in activities and programs to help its partners use their resources to benefit society.

Using the Power of Music to Help Bring People Together: Noel firmly believes that music and art can heal the world. That’s why he and Monster continue to work with various charitable organizations around the world to promote the arts, music and athletics, underscoring the company’s commitment to using its success to contribute to understanding and benefit society.

49ers Foundation

49ers Foundation Honored with the 2014 Legacy of Children Award by the Children’s Discovery Museum of San Jose, the 49ers Foundation supports developmental programs for underserved youth that keep them “Safe, On Track, and In School.” Having celebrated its 20th anniversary, the Foundation has donated over $20 million to non-profits focused on family violence prevention programs and activities that teach youth leadership and respect. Monster is proud to be involved with such a worthy organization.


Call of the Sea/ Educational Tall Ship Fundraiser

Call of the Sea is 501(c)(3) non-profit whose mission is to provide quality on-the-water educational programs for the bay area youth that focus on marine ecology, leadership skills, team-building and environmental stewardship. Last year, over 5,000 students participated in programs aboard the 82' Schooner Seaward. We were able to offer scholarships to many of the students in need of financial assistance through the generous support of our community.

Cancer Prevention Institute Of California

The Cancer Prevention Institute of California (CPIC) develops and implements innovative cancer prevention research and outreach programs to deliver a comprehensive arsenal for defeating cancer. The organization has grown and evolved from its original role of assisting with clinical trials of cancer drugs to its leadership in conducting world-class cancer prevention research. CPIC also works closely with other leading cancer fighting organizations, including the National Cancer Institute, scientists worldwide, educators, patients, and clinicians.


Children Discovery Museum of San Jose

Since opening in June 1990, Children’s Discovery Museum of San Jose has welcomed over 7 million visitors. It's mission is to inspire creativity, curiosity, and lifelong learning. Children’s Discovery Museum believes that interactive engagement with ideas, materials, the environment, and technology promotes creativity, critical thinking, problem solving and growth.


The Better Life Foundation

The mission of The Better Life Foundation is to make a positive change in the lives of children in need of food, shelter and medical assistance, and to enhance the lives of children and young adults in need. Each year The Better Life Foundation works to raise money that can be distributed to organizations and hospitals that serve as the vehicle to fulfill the mission of children being afforded a better life in which they can develop their potential, achieve their goals, and, become caring and responsible adults.


First Robotics

The Home Depot Foundation

The Home Depot Foundation and Team Depot, our 400,000-strong army of associate volunteers, work to improve the homes and lives of U.S. military veterans and their families and aid communities affected by natural disasters.

The Ireland Funds

Rebuilding Together Silicon Valley

We believe that everyone deserves to live in a safe and healthy home. Through a vast network of volunteers, corporate sponsors, and sub-contractors, Rebuilding Together Silicon Valley (RTSV) provides critical home repairs to over 600 clients per year. In addition, we assist nonprofit organizations with facility maintenance and repairs so that they can dedicate their time and resources to helping our community.


School of Rock

Through our performance-based approach to music instruction, School of Rock students are more inspired to learn, more motivated to excel and more confident as a result.



Since 2005, Segs4Vets has awarded almost 2,000 Universally Designed Mobility Devices, Segways and ALLY Chairs, and continues to provide support services to more than 400 Veterans and their families annually.
